CORE advised Actera Group which co-led Akinon's $20m USD Series B Round

Core Finance has advised Actera Group on its growth investment into Akinon, cloud-based headless commerce platform with an integrated next-generation application suite including omnichannel and marketplace capabilities, mobile and in-store solutions, and an OMS. Company raised $20m USD Series B round co-led by Actera Group and Revo Capital and Core Finance has also participated the round through its investment arm, Core Ventures.

Akinon provides a software-as-a-service digital commerce platform for enterprise brands and retailers.  The platform is engineered as API-first, cloud-based headless commerce engine with an integrated next-generation application suite including omnichannel and marketplace capabilities, mobile, in-store solutions and best-in-class OMS.  These solutions help retailers worldwide to connect the dots between retail channels offering their customers a truly holistic shopping experience. Headquartered in Istanbul, Akinon has been founded by prominent second-time founders Ahmet Emre Sarı, Tolga Tatari, Mumin Ozturk and Mustafa Yetis in 2016.
