Core Finance provided advisory services to Actera Group regarding a $7 million growth funding round for Ace Games, joined by investors including NfX, Alexis Bonte, Kristian Segerstrale, and Kaan Gunay. Core Ventures also participated in the investment.
Ace Games, based in Istanbul, develops Match-3 puzzle mobile games emphasizing character-driven gameplay and immersive meta-mechanics. Founded in 2019 by Hakan Baş, Emre Ovacık, and Ramazan Alan, the team brings substantial industry experience — Baş previously co-founded Peak Games.
Managing Partner Alper Kiresepi noted the firm was “proud to have assisted Actera Group for a second time in their mobile gaming strategy” and expressed confidence in the investor coalition’s capacity to deliver value.
This marked Core Finance’s eighth transaction within twelve months and second mobile gaming deal in three months, following their involvement with Actera’s Brew Games investment.
