TeamSystem represents a leading technology and AI enterprise developing business management solutions for SMEs and professionals, with over 2.5 million clients throughout Europe. Through Mikrogrup, the company strengthens its foothold in Türkiye’s expanding SME software sector.
Established in 2013, Bizim Hesap operates as a leading cloud-native pre-accounting SaaS platform serving 40,000+ SMEs by managing comprehensive financial workflows spanning invoicing, cash flow management, CRM, inventory, and e-documentation. Designed for non-financial users, the platform streamlines compliance while delivering real-time operational visibility.
This acquisition extends TeamSystem’s strategic Turkish expansion through Mikrogrup’s previous acquisitions of Paraşüt and Zirve Yazılım.
