Core Finance facilitated Actera Group’s USD 4 million growth investment into Brew Games, a mobile gaming startup specializing in hybridcasual games blending hypercasual mechanics with mid-core progression systems.
Founded in February 2021 by Ahmet Ufuk Benli, Ali Kodal, and Steffen Bohne, the company operates from Istanbul and Berlin. The founders bring extensive experience from major studios including Coda, Ubisoft, Netease, Stillfront, Innogames, and Bigpoint, collectively generating over 100 million downloads and USD 100 million in lifetime revenue.
Brew Games aims to become a significant mobile game developer through process optimization and automation to minimize project-specific asset development failures.
Managing Partner Alper Kiresepi stated: “We believe that this fresh capital coupled with the strength of its expanded investor base will enable Brew to continue to develop and deliver its truly remarkable technical platform.”
This transaction marks Core Finance’s seventh deal within twelve months, with six completed in software.
