Founded in 1966, Nebim offers a robust ERP suite that supports digital transformation across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing with a presence in +30 countries and a loyal customer base of +8,000.
This strategic acquisition enables Param Group, backed by CEECAT Capital, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Alpha Associates, and Revo Capital, to align its financial platform with Nebim’s expertise, unlocking new growth opportunities and enhancing product offerings & services.
