Core Finance advised Teamsystem on its Acquisition of Dia Yazılım through Mikro Grup

Core Finance acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to TeamSystem, a leading European technology and AI company backed by Hellman & Friedman and Silver Lake, on its acquisition of Dia Yazılım, a Türkiye-based cloud-native ERP software provider serving businesses across all segments from SMEs to large enterprises.

Dia Yazılım is a well-established technology provider with over 100 employees and tens of thousands of users, offering modular and scalable cloud ERP solutions tailored to the operational and regulatory needs of businesses across Türkiye.

This transaction marks another strategic milestone in TeamSystem’s expansion in Türkiye, further strengthening its presence across the broader business software landscape beyond existing ERP, financial accounting and pre-accounting solutions. The acquisition of Dia Yazılım enhances TeamSystem’s ERP capabilities, enabling it to serve a wider customer base with more comprehensive and integrated solutions across different company sizes and industries.

Building on its existing footprint in Türkiye through Mikrogrup and prior acquisitions such as Paraşüt, Zirve Yazılım, Nef Yazılım and Bizim Hesap, TeamSystem continues to execute on its strategy of creating a leading, integrated software ecosystem in one of the region’s most dynamic and high-growth markets.

Federico Leproux, CEO of TeamSystem said:

“Our continued growth in Türkiye - further strengthened by the entry of DIA - reflects the same long-term approach, based on targeted investments, strong local expertise and solutions designed to meet the concrete needs of SMEs, where digitalization is increasingly linked to efficiency and ease of use”

This transaction highlights Core Finance’s position at the intersection of global strategic capital and Türkiye’s fast-growing technology ecosystem, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes in complex, cross-border transactions.
