Following a record-breaking quarter, Core Finance strengthened its operations by completing twelve transactions over twelve months, including an international deal. The firm announced the establishment of a Miami headquarters at 1221 Brickell Avenue, marking our first international office to expand presence in both the US and Eastern Europe markets.
The company brought on three senior additions:
Christian Lagerling joined as Senior Advisor. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he co-founded GP Bullhound in London, developing it into one of the leading global cross border M&A and private placement houses with ten global offices and 150+ staff. He leads Beluca Ventures and serves on the board of Einride, an autonomous vehicle company.
Ali Dağlı became Digital Media Advisor. The former GP Bullhound partner brings 20 years of tech sector and investment banking experience and involvement in over fifty M&A transactions across Silicon Valley and international markets.
Aytaç Demircibeyli joined as Associate, focusing on SaaS, mobile gaming, e-commerce, and consumer technology sectors. She previously worked at Pragma Corporate Finance and OC&C Strategy Consultants.
