Core Finance served as the exclusive buy-side advisor to TeamSystem, a leading European technology and AI company supported by Hellman & Friedman and Silver Lake, regarding its acquisition of Dia Yazılım, a Turkish cloud-native ERP software company.
Dia Yazılım operates as an established provider with over 100 employees and tens of thousands of clients, delivering modular and scalable cloud ERP solutions designed for Turkish businesses ranging from small-to-medium enterprises to large organizations.
The transaction represents a key strategic expansion moment for TeamSystem’s Turkish operations, broadening its reach throughout the business software sector beyond its current ERP, financial accounting, and pre-accounting offerings. By acquiring Dia Yazılım, TeamSystem strengthens its ERP capabilities and can now address a broader client base through more comprehensive and integrated solutions across different company sizes and industries.
TeamSystem maintains its Turkish presence through Mikrogrup and earlier acquisitions including Paraşüt, Zirve Yazılım, Nef Yazılım, and Bizim Hesap, as it pursues its vision of establishing an integrated software ecosystem in this high-growth region.
