The investment from Koç Holding, Turkey’s largest industrial conglomerate, and Inventram, its corporate venture arm, validates Vispera’s technology leadership in the retail AI space and positions the company for significant international expansion.
This transaction represents Core Finance’s first deal of 2020 and demonstrates the firm’s ability to connect innovative technology companies with strategic institutional investors.
